(a) Microphone Access and Audio Recordings

The App requires access to your device's microphone to temporarily record audio, convert it into text, and pass the text to the OpenAI API. The App does not store or transmit the audio recordings to any third-party servers, and the recordings are only saved locally on your device. We do not use the audio recordings for any other purpose.

(b) Text Data

The App processes the text data derived from the audio recordings to provide the intended functionality. This text data is transmitted to the OpenAI API for further processing. (c) Usage Analytics and Email Address

The App collects usage analytics information to help us understand how the App is being used and to improve its performance and user experience. This information may include, but is not limited to, device type, operating system, and in-app actions. In addition, when you use the App, you may be asked to provide your email address. We use your email address to communicate with you about the App and to provide support, updates, and other relevant information.

Data Retention and Deletion

The App does not store the audio recordings or the text data on any third-party servers. The recordings are temporarily stored on your device and are automatically deleted after they have been processed by the OpenAI API. If you wish to delete any text data processed by the OpenAI API, please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy.

Usage analytics information and your email address may be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or for a longer period as required or permitted by law.
